The "eCopilot Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") applies to the eCopilot artificial intelligence service (hereinafter referred to as "eCopilot" or "this service") launched by edensoft (hereinafter referred to as "we"). When you use our eCopilot service, you entrust us with your information. We understand the importance of privacy to you and will do our best to protect your personal information and respect your privacy.
We recommend that you read and understand the entire content of this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, we will not be able to provide you with complete services, and you should immediately stop using the products and related services. When you choose to use the products and related services, it will be deemed that you accept and agree that we process your relevant information in accordance with this privacy policy.

We collect the user information you actively provide when using the service, as well as the user information generated during the use of the products and related services through automated means, in the following scenarios and business activities.
1. Account Registration, Login, and Authentication
To ensure the security of your personal space, you need to register and log in before you can use the related services normally. When registering and logging in, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number and set a login password. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with generative AI technology services.
You can use a third-party account to log in and use eCopilot. With your consent, we will obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (such as your avatar, nickname, and other authorized information) to bind with your eCopilot account, allowing you to directly log in and use this product and related services.
2. User Content
When you use the intelligent conversation function service, we will collect the content you input during the interaction with eCopilot (including but not limited to voice, text, pictures, files). Depending on the function you use, we will analyze and calculate the above information to better understand your questions and context, thereby providing or generating more relevant information content.
If the information you submit contains personal information of others, please ensure that you have obtained their legal authorization before providing the information to avoid improper disclosure of others' information.
3. Personal Data We Receive During Your Use of the Service
When you access, use the service, or interact with the service, we receive the following related information ("technical information"):
- Log Data: Our logging system collects certain information, such as IP addresses, accessed features, generated errors, and operation times. We may use the above log information to compile product usage statistics, troubleshoot issues, and conduct operational analysis through data statistics to improve and optimize the product interaction experience.
- Usage Data: We collect information about your use of the service, such as the types of content you view or use, the features you use, the actions you take, and the dates and times of access.
4. Feedback
When you use the feedback function service, we will collect your problem description information, proof material attachments, mobile phone number, email, and contact name to understand the content and needs of your feedback
5. Payment Data
When you want to continue using the service after the free trial period, you must start a paid subscription, which requires a valid credit card. We will collect your payment order and transaction information, credit card, and bank account information.
6. Message Notification
You acknowledge and agree that during the use of the products and/or services, we may send notifications to the contact information you provided (i.e., phone number) for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, and user experience surveys.
7. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
Please understand that in the following situations, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent in advance to collect and use your personal information:
- Directly related to national security and defense security;
- Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
- Necessary for the protection of your or other individuals' life, property, reputation, and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
- Personal information that you have disclosed to the public, except where you have explicitly refused or where our collection and use of such information infringes on your major interests;
- User information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc., except where you have explicitly refused or where our collection and use of such information infringes on your major interests;
- Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling faults in the products or services;
- Other situations stipulated by laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
We may also aggregate or anonymize personal data so that it can no longer be used to identify you, and then use such information for the aforementioned purposes, such as analyzing how our services are used, improving and adding functions to our services, and conducting research. We will store and use anonymized information in an anonymized form, and unless required by law, we will not attempt to re-identify this information.

We do not "sell" your personal information. We may disclose your personal data in the following situations or to the following parties:
1. Data Usae for Function or Service Implementation
(1)When you use functions provided by our partners in eCopilot, or services jointly provided by software service providers, system service providers, hosting service providers, customer service providers, cloud service providers, content delivery service providers, support and security monitoring service providers, email communication software providers, web analytics service providers, payment and transaction processors, and other information technology providers, we may share the necessary information with them to achieve business purposes. These suppliers and service providers will only access, process, or store your personal data as instructed by us and only in the course of fulfilling their duties to us.
2. Information Provided for Security and Analysis
(1)Ensuring Usage Security: We highly value the security of accounts, services, and content. To protect your and other users' accounts and property, and to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests from unlawful infringement, our partners may use necessary device, account, and log information.
(2)Product Analysis: To analyze the usage and performance of our products, our partners may need to use information such as product usage (crashes, app exits), device identification information, and overall app installation and usage information.
3. Transfer
As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. In the event of such changes, we will require the successor to continue fulfilling the obligations of the personal information processor in accordance with laws and regulations and the security standards specified in this privacy policy. If the successor changes the original processing purpose or method, we will require the successor to obtain your authorization and consent again.
4. Disclosure
(1)We will not disclose your personal information unless required by national laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements from government authorities, or with your consent. When disclosing your personal information, we will adopt security protection measures that comply with industry standards.
(2)If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the relevant agreement rules of this product, or to protect the personal and property safety of users or the public from harm, we may disclose your personal information, including relevant violations and measures taken by this product, in accordance with laws and regulations or the relevant agreement rules of this product.
5. Affiliates
We may disclose personal data to our affiliates. Affiliates refer to entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with edensoft. Our affiliates may use personal data in a manner consistent with this privacy policy.
6. Enterprise Account Administrators
If the service is provided to you through an organization (such as your employer), the administrator of that account has the right to access and control your account, including accessing your content. Additionally, if you create an account using an email address belonging to your employer or another organization, we may inform your employer or organization that you have an account and provide your email address and other related account information to add you to the corresponding enterprise account. In such cases, please direct your data privacy concerns to your administrator, as your use of the service is subject to the policies of that organization. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of the administrator organization, which may differ from this policy.
7. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
Please understand that in the following situations, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent in advance to collect and use your personal information:
(1) Necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations;
(2) Directly related to national security and defense security;
(3) Necessary for maintaining public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) Necessary for the protection of your or other individuals' life, property, reputation, and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(6) Personal information that you have disclosed to the public;
(7) Necessary for signing and fulfilling contracts based on the request of the personal information subject;
(8) Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
(9) Necessary for conducting legitimate news reporting;

Ⅳ. How We Protect Your Personal Information
Data Security Measures
We have implemented security measures that comply with industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example:
- We use SSL encryption for our services.
- We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to systems.
- We limit access to personal information to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to know this information to process it for us, and they must comply with strict contractual confidentiality obligations. If they fail to meet these obligations, they may be subject to disciplinary action or termination.
- Please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious attacks, unforeseen, preventable, avoidable, and controllable incidents may occur. The internet is not an absolutely secure environment, so we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of user information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account password and other information to others. Additionally, we are not responsible for any actions that circumvent any privacy settings or security measures contained in our services or third-party websites.
- We will develop emergency response plans and immediately activate them in the event of a user information security incident to prevent the impact and consequences of such security incidents from expanding. Once a user information security incident (such as leakage or loss) occurs, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you.
Ⅴ. How We Store Your Personal Information
1. Location of Information Storage
In accordance with legal regulations, we store your personal information collected and generated during domestic operations within the People's Republic of China. Currently, we do not transfer this information abroad. If we do transfer it abroad, We shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China, regulatory policies, and seek your consent or follow the regulations of the relevant country.
2. Retention Period of Information
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide the eCopilot service. However, you understand and acknowledge that the necessary retention period may vary based on different services and their functional requirements. The criteria we use to determine the retention period include:
- The purpose of processing the data (e.g., whether we need to retain the data to provide the service);
- The quantity, nature, and sensitivity of th data;
- The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the data;
- Legal requirements we must comply with.
During the period when you have not withdrawn authorization and consent, deleted, or canceled your account, we will retain the relevant information. If you cancel your account, actively delete personal information, or exceed the necessary retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following situations: reasonable extension of the retention period for purposes such as legal regulations, finance, audit, dispute resolution.
When the service ceases operation, we will notify you through notifications and announcements, and delete your personal information stored on the server within the time required by legal regulations.
Ⅵ. How You Can Manage Your Personal Information Rights
You have the following legal rights regarding your personal data:
- Access your personal data and information related to the data processing methods.
- Delete your personal data from our records. When you request to delete your account, we will process it within 15 working days of receiving your request. You acknowledge and understand that account deletion is irreversible. Once you delete your account, we will stop providing any services to you and delete all information related to your account or anonymize the relevant information. If personal information needs to be retained according to legal regulations, we promise to store it separately and not use it for daily business activities.
- Update or correct your personal data.
- Transfer your personal data to third parties (data portability).
- Restrict the ways we process your personal data. Please be aware that certain functions may require some basic personal information to be completed. Apart from the basic personal information collected to achieve business functions, you can choose to withdraw your authorization or change the scope of your authorization for the collection and use of additional personal information.
- Change or withdraw the scope of authorization (if we use your consent as the legal basis for data processing at any time).
- Object to the processing methods of personal data.
Ⅶ. How We Protect the Personal Information of Minors
- We place great importance on the protection of minors' personal information. Our products and services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 14, you must read this policy accompanied by your parent or guardian and obtain their consent before using our services.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 14. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor under 14 without verifiable prior parental consent, we will take steps to delete such data as soon as possible. If you are a guardian of a minor and have questions regarding the minor's personal information, please contact us via email at marketing@edensoft.com.cn. We will investigate any notifications and, where appropriate, delete the personal information from our systems.
Ⅷ. How We Update This Policy
- To provide you with better services, eCopilot will periodically update and change, and we will revise this policy in a timely manner. These revisions constitute part of this policy.
- After this policy is updated, we will issue the updated version on the eCopilot website and remind you to read the updated privacy policy through new version announcements, so that you can understand the latest version of this policy in a timely manner. If you do not agree with this policy or have objections to the modifications and updates of this policy, you can choose to stop using eCopilot or cancel your account. Your continued use of eCopilot services will be deemed as your acknowledgment and agreement to our updates. However, please be aware that your actions and activities before account cancellation or before stopping the use of this service are still subject to this policy

If you have any complaints, suggestions, or questions regarding personal information protection, you can send your inquiries to (marketing@edensoft.com.cn). We may require you to provide proof of identity, valid contact information, and a written request along with relevant evidence. We will process your request after verifying your identity. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and respond within fifteen working days after verifying your user identity
