Introduction

Thank you for choosing Eden AI services!

This agreement is a valid contract between you and/or the organization you represent (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user". When you are an indidual user, "you" refers to you as a natural person. When you represent an organizational user, "you" refers to you and the organization you represent) and Shenzhen EdenSoft Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Eden" or "we") regarding the use of Eden AI services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this service" or "this software"), and it has legal effect. Before using this service, please take some time to read and understand the terms of this agreement.

Special Reminder:

• You confirm: Before you start registering or using this software, you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement. Once you choose "Agree" and start using this service or complete the registration process, it indicates that you agree to follow all the provisions of this agreement. If you do not meet the above conditions, you should immediately stop using this service.

• We may update these terms from time to time based on changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions, and other needs. We will publish the updated terms and notify you of the changes in an appropriate manner (such as website announcements and/or system notifications). If you continue to use this service after the changes to this agreement, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the modified content of the agreement, and will comply with the modified content to use this service. If you do not agree with the modified content of the agreement, you should stop using this service.

• If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement and this service, please feel free to contact us. We have provided multiple feedback channels and hope to offer you satisfactory solutions.

Terms of Use

• You guarantee that you have full civil rights and civil capacity as stipulated by law and can independently assume civil responsibilities as a natural person; the content of this agreement will not be prohibited by the laws of your country or region.
• The specific operator should be a natural person. It is not allowed to use a registration machine or similar automated methods to register an account.
• This software and related services provide you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a legal character combination as your account and set a password that meets security requirements. The account, password, and verification code you set are the credentials for you to log in and use this software and related services as a registered user. You should protect your username and password information from being leaked. We cannot and will not protect data risks caused by your leakage of username or password.
• You understand and promise that the account you set must not violate national laws and regulations and the company's relevant rules. Your account name, avatar, and profile information, as well as other personal information, must not contain illegal or harmful information. Without permission, you must not use someone else's name (including but not limited to impersonating someone else's name, title, avatar, or other ways that may cause confusion) to open an account, nor maliciously register accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, bulk registration, etc.). The company has the right to review the information you submit. You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during account registration and use, and must not engage in any behavior that harms national interests, damages the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or is harmful to social morality.
• The account you register is for your personal use only. Without the company's written consent, it is prohibited to give, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form. If the company finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, to ensure account security, the company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service provided to the registered account and has the right to permanently disable the account
• You are responsible for the content created by you and your account. You must not use this software to publish any content that violates the laws, regulations, and policies of the People's Republic of China, engage in misleading or deceptive behavior, or promote any content that violates social customs, social morality, and general internet ethics and etiquette, such as discrimination, intimidation, defamation, pornography, obscenity, etc.
• You must not use any unauthorized or unlicensed plugins, external programs, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this software and related services.
• You must not engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security using or targeting this software and related services, including but not limited to:
  1. Illegal intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions, theft of network data, and other activities that endanger network security.
  2. Providing programs or tools specifically used for activities that endanger network security, such as intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions and protective measures, theft of network data.
  3. Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, and other assistance to those engaged in activities that endanger network security, knowing that they are engaged in such activities.
  4. Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts.
  5. Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information.
  6. Unauthorized probing, scanning, testing of the weaknesses of this software system or network, or other behaviors that endanger network security.
  7. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this software system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt normal network information services.
  8. Forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names.
  9. Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, translation, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code, model, algorithm, and underlying components of this software.
  10. Maliciously registering accounts for this software and related services, including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration.
  11. Developing, serving applications, products, services, or models that may compete with the company and/or affiliated companies.
  12. Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, the company's relevant rules, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
• When engaging in all behaviors related to this service (including but not limited to accessing, browsing, utilizing, reprinting, and promoting), you must act in good faith and with caution; you ensure that you will not intentionally or negligently engage in activities that endanger national security and social public interests, disrupt economic order and social order, or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, which are prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. You also ensure that custom input text does not contain the following content that violates laws and regulations, is politically related, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others:
  1. Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution.
  2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity.
  3. Damaging national honor and interests.
  4. Distorting, defaming, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, insulting, defaming, or otherwise infringing on the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of heroes and martyrs.
  5. Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting the implementation of terrorist activities or extremist activities
  6. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity.
  7. Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions.
  8. Spreading rumors, disrupting economic order and social order.
  9. Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terroristic, or criminal content.
  10. Insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' reputations, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests.
  11. Containing false, harmful, coercive, invasive of others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slandering, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content.
  12. Other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, and any norms with legal effect.
• During the term of this agreement, you must comply with all Chinese laws, regulations, and rules.
• If Eden suffers any loss or damage due to your violation of Chinese laws and regulations or this agreement, you should take all actions to exempt Eden from liability and bear compensation for all resulting losses and damages.
• If you engage in any behavior that violates Chinese laws and regulations or this agreement, Eden has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your use of this service based on the severity of the behavior. Eden does not need to bear any responsibility for the suspension or termination of the service and does not need to refund any fees you have paid.
• If you publish non-compliant content and cause any negative impact on this software during the dissemination process, you will bear all the resulting losses, and Eden reserves the right to continue pursuing legal responsibility.

Product Service Terms

• Eden will provide products and services in a professional manner, but does not guarantee: 1) The products and services meet all your needs or expectations; 2) The products and services are free from any errors or defects; 3) All errors in the products and services will be corrected; 4) The service will not be interrupted or error-free. Eden is not responsible for any products or services provided by third parties, nor does it provide any guarantees for third-party products or services.
• You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by this service is generated by artificial intelligence models, so unexpected and erroneous situations may occur. Please ensure to check the facts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the generated content, and the generated content does not represent our attitude or viewpoint. It is only provided for informational purposes and does not constitute any advice or commitment. We do not assume any responsibility for any actions you take based on the information provided by this service, unless there is a clear written commitment document.
• You understand that the service may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance purposes. Eden reserves the right to continuously modify and adjust this service without prior notice to you.

Security and Data Privacy Terms

• Our Security: Without violating the obligations stipulated in Article 3, we will take appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures to help you protect the security and confidentiality of your content stored in the service environment.
  1. Eden as a Personal Information Processor: To achieve the necessary functions and services, Eden will collect and use relevant information following the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and integrity. Unless it is necessary to achieve business functions or required by laws and regulations, you can refuse to provide the necessary information without affecting other functions or services. The purposes for collecting and using your personal information include account registration, login, and authentication. Account Registration and Login: To ensure the security of your personal space, you need to register and log in to use the related services normally. During registration and login, you need to provide your mobile phone number and set a login password, and verify your identity by entering a verification code. The mobile phone number is necessary to fulfill the national legal requirements for real-name registration. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with generative AI technology services.
  2. Intelligent Conversation When you use the intelligent conversation function, we will collect the content you input during interactions with Eden AI (including text, images, files). We will analyze and calculate the above information to better understand your questions and context, thereby providing you with more relevant information content and intelligent conversation services.
  3. Feedback When you use the feedback function, we will collect your problem description information, attachment of proof materials, mobile phone number, email, and contact name to understand your feedback content and needs. This information is necessary for the feedback function. To verify your identity, clarify your needs and related problem-solving plans, or help you solve other problems, we may use your mobile phone number or email. To provide you with feedback services related to your usage information, we will query your usage information, including conversation records and problem feedback records.
  4. Notifications You acknowledge and agree that during the use of products and/or services, we may send various notifications to the contact information you provide (such as phone numbers) for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience survey, and dispute resolution. Additionally, we may send commercial information about services, functions, or activities to the mobile phone number collected during the process via SMS or phone.
  5. Operation and Security Assurance To ensure the security of your account and provide you with better quality services, we will automatically collect information generated during your use of Eden AI services as network logs.
  6. Other Rules for Collecting and Using Personal Information Please understand that in the following situations, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your prior authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information:
     (1)Necessary for us to fulfill legal obligations.
     (2) Directly related to national security and national defense security.
     (3) Necessary for maintaining public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
     (4) Necessary for signing and fulfilling contracts according to the requirements of the personal information subject.
     (5) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.
• Data Privacy: We will not disclose or transfer users' personal data to third parties involved in providing this service unless we obtain the user's explicit consent or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. When you use functions provided by our partners in Eden AI, or services jointly provided by software service providers, intelligent device providers, and system service providers, we may share the necessary information to achieve business purposes.
• Your Security: Without violating the above circumstances, you are responsible for any security vulnerabilities and the consequences arising from or related to your content, including but not limited to any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful programming routines contained in your content.

Intellectual Property Terms

• This software is developed by Eden. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all related information content, including but not limited to: text descriptions and their combinations, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents, are protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, corresponding international treaties, and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Except for software or technology authorized by third parties, the company owns the above intellectual property rights.
• Without Eden's written consent, users shall not implement, utilize, transfer, or license any third party to implement, utilize, or transfer the above intellectual property rights for any profit-making or non-profit purposes. Eden reserves the right to pursue legal action for the above unauthorized actions.
• You are responsible for determining and handling whether the content you output while using this service has intellectual property rights and the ownership of intellectual property rights. We are not responsible for any losses caused by this; if it causes losses to us, you shall bear the compensation responsibility. For the avoidance of doubt, if the content you input or output while using this service contains components that we own intellectual property rights or other legal rights, regardless of how these components are integrated during the service process, the relevant rights will always be held by us and will not be transferred due to the output of the content.
• For the content you input while using this service and the content you wish to process using this service, you agree and promise:
  1. The content is either original by you or you have obtained legal authorization from the relevant rights holders, and it does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any entity (including but not limited to reputation rights, name rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and any intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent (application) rights, trade secrets, etc.), otherwise, you shall bear the disputes or risks arising from this.
  2. To provide you with this service, we have the right to store and process the content within the scope permitted by laws and regulations and have the right to transmit and provide it to third parties who support the technology of this service (if any). You agree that within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, third parties who support the technology of this service have the right to store and process the content as necessary to provide you with this service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• When using this service, please ensure that the content you input does not infringe on the rights of others, does not involve inappropriate or explicit content, and does not include politically related content. All input content must be legal and compliant. If the platform discovers that you intentionally input such content to guide AI in generating inappropriate content and spreading rumors, causing an impact on the company, we have the right to permanently ban your account and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
• You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by the current experience service is generated by artificial intelligence models. This service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the generated content, and the generated content does not represent our attitude or viewpoint. The information generated by the AI model is computer-generated and may be fictional, so please discern right from wrong. When using this application to consult medical, legal, or other related issues, this application only provides medical and legal advice and does not represent medical services, legal services, or treatment. You must consult doctors and relevant legal professionals before using this application and bear the final responsibility for medical and legal decisions. The information and services provided by this application are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or treatment methods. We do not assume any responsibility for any liability arising from the use of this application.
• Our services come from legally permitted sources, including but not limited to publicly available internet information, and have undergone continuous automatic and manual sensitive data filtering. However, it does not exclude the possibility that some information may have defects, be unreasonable, or cause discomfort. If you encounter such situations, you are welcome to provide feedback to us through the platform's email (sales@edensoft.ai). We will highly value your opinions and take timely and effective measures to address them, and we express our gratitude to you.
• When this service recommends content from other websites in the form of links, we are not responsible for the availability of these websites or resources, and we do not guarantee the authenticity or legality of any content, products, services, or other materials obtained from these websites. To the extent permitted by law, this website does not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the information or any links provided by this service.
• We respect and protect the personal privacy of you and all users of this service. Please be reminded that when using this service, please ensure that the content you input does not contain personal information of yourself or others.
• This service comes from legally permitted sources, including but not limited to publicly available internet information. Due to the open nature of the internet, it does not exclude the possibility that some information may have defects, be unreasonable, or cause discomfort.
• If there is information related to loans, investment and financing, financial management, or other property-related information, account passwords, advertisements, or promotions, please handle it with caution and make your own judgment. The company does not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for any profits, business reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses you suffer as a result.
• You understand and agree that during the use of this software and related services, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, and avoided), including but not limited to natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), government actions, wars, strikes, riots, etc. In the event of force majeure, the company will make efforts to repair it in a timely manner, but the company is exempt from liability for any losses caused by the suspension, interruption, or termination of services due to force majeure to the extent permitted by law.

Service Cancellation and Termination Terms

• If your account is terminated, the data will not be retained and will be completely deleted from the server, making it unrecoverable.
• If the termination occurs during the validity period, Eden will not provide any refunds.
• Once the service is terminated, all functions and services of this software will be unavailable.

Other Terms

1. If any clause or part of a clause in this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other clauses in this agreement. The invalid or unenforceable clause will be deemed deleted from this agreement.
2. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute during the execution of this agreement, both parties should negotiate promptly to resolve it. If the negotiation fails, either party should file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Futian District, Shenzhen.
3. This clause was last revised in May 2025, and Eden reserves the final interpretation right.

At this point, you have read and understood this agreement in detail and agree to strictly abide by all terms and conditions.
